Hi there! 

I am Awes the Dragon Scribe. A simple, friendly dragon just making his way through the modern world and all of its ups, downs, and the craziness all around.

You might be wondering what this blog is about and rightfully so!  What does a dragon have to blog about?  Don't they just breath fire, pillage villages of their livestock, and sleep on big hoards of treasure?  Well while some dragons might do these things, I do not.  I work a regular job, eat food, play games, and so on.  So with that in mind I decided to start this blog and give a ground level view of how the world treats us normal folks.  

Some of what I say may strike a chord with you, or it might just upset you. That however, I believe is the importance of saying what I have to say.  Now I am no expert and by no means do I expect anyone to take anything I say at face value.  Research anything I talk about for yourself.  I want what I say to make you think for yourself and to build an interest in seeking out facts and developing a world view that rises above the castes we are all subject to.  After all I am just as flawed as the next dragon and I can make mistakes same as you!

Dragon Insights as a blog will cover pretty much anything from current events to gaming, and maybe even daily life!  I will be discussing my opinions on everything and I will be encouraging healthy discourse in the comments sections.  As the blog finds its footing and rhythm I will try to put it on a kind of schedule for uploads and whatnot. 

I do hope you will enjoy what my scaly butt has to say and that you will share this blog with your friends and encourage me to keep going!
